Obituary of Mark Allen Klejeski

Mark Allen Klejeski, 61 of Carlton passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 in St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth. He was born July 4, 1959 in Cloquet to Michael and Lois (Larson) Klejeski. Mark graduated from Cloquet High School in 1977 and then went to Diesel Mechanic School in Staples. He worked as a diesel mechanic for Quickie in Cloquet and Walco in Superior for a short time before he went on his own and was a self-employed truck driver in 1982. Mark married Cheryl Loisel on July 25, 1986. Mark enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, and spending time at the shack. He also enjoyed cracking a good joke or pulling a fun prank, but mostly spending time with his family and spoiling his grandchildren. Mark was very hardworking and handy and was always more than willing to drop everything to help others. Mark was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Michael "Mickey". He is survived by his wife, Cheryl; son, Mike (Ashley Roseth) Klejeski of Carlton; daughter, Cynthia Klejeski of Superior; two grandchildren, Gabriel and Vincent Klejeski; sister, Kathy Klejeski; brother-in-law, Brian Loisel, several nieces and nephews; and many extended family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Luke's Hospital for the exceptional care given to Mark. A family only in person funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 3, 2020 in the Atkins Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St. Cloquet.
