Obituary of John Arthur Wolvin
John Arthur Wolvin, 76, of Alborn, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 in Duluth, MN. John was born on May 27, 1947 to Harold Rex and Betty Jean Wolvin in Albert Lea, MN. He was raised in Sidney, Nebraska and graduated in 1965. He married Christine Beatty on January 25, 1969 in Spring Lake Park, MN.
John worked at Carter Day from 1968-2008 as a sheet metal foreman. He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, and watching the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold Rex and Betty Jean Wolvin.
John is going to be missed by his wife, Christine Wolvin; children, Scott (Doreen) Wolvin and Denise Wolvin; and grandchildren, Savanna, Caleb and Evan.
Visitation: noon until the service begins at 1:00pm on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at Faith Lutheran Church, 5697 Hwy 7, Culver, MN 55779. A luncheon will follow the service.
